Don't Wait - Get Your Key Now

In June, we told you about our new stations and their new capabilities, including bike key-vending. Beginning August 1, you can now choose to pick up your member key fob or a replacement key fob at one of these station locations. Simply select “Pick up at Station” when registering for your membership, or indicate to Customer Service that you would like to pick up your replacement key at a station.

One you get your code, head to one of our bike key-vending stations. They are indicated by a small gray key fob insignia on the right of their marker on the station map. More of these stations will begin to appear across our jurisdictions this summer, as we begin to roll out our newest stations to key locations across the service area. Questions? Check out our newly updated FAQ here.

REI Helps Members and Guests Unite Outside

We’ve had a couple of weeks to recover from an amazing weekend with our friends at REI and their #UnitedOutside Campaign. Over 7,500 people signed up for a free 24-Hour membership courtesy of REI, our outdoor-loving partners, in celebration of their forthcoming flagship store in NoMa that will be opening in late October. It was a big part of a huge outdoor weekend that celebrated the bonds we form when we play outside together.
